We first talked with Karen who came out and gave us an estimate, and thoroughly explained the construction, durability, and reliability  of the Atrium Windows and the patio door that Lancer uses.  She explained in detail what Lance would be doing.  The estimate Karen gave us was as good, as if not better than the others we had received.  We chose "Lancer Windows" to do the job.  Lance showed up when he said he would and did an outstanding job.  Lance was neat, and orderly and when he left at the end of the day our house was clean and in order.

He did a great job.  The Atrium windows are everything they said they were.  Our house is warmer in winter and so far this summer the house stayed cooler.  They slide open with no resistance and lock securely.  And they look beautiful.  We are very pleased with the Atrium windows and very happy and satisfied with the work of Lance Allcott of "Lancer Windows".  We highly recommend them both."
